So you think I’m cool
You think I’m good enough
Because you know me
You know the blueprint of my life and where it is headed
You know my favourites,
The colors, the food and the wine
You know what my playlists reads
And you know the words to the sad song cry to.
You know what I’ll most likely be wearing on a Sunday, or to the beach,
Of course you could guess I’ll be doing lacey panties today since you called that you were visiting
The farts and the journal might have given you thoughts,
Or confidence, confidence that you know all about me.
Don’t be fooled lover
Do you know the dark sides
Do you know they exists?
Are you leaving knowing me to the surface?
You may think the joke is on you,
That you are being taken for a ride
You may think I hid them all
Covered in dark blankets and hidden in a place only I know.
Maybe the joke is on me.
Maybe I’m the one being fooled.
To think that you’re smart enough to see
Maybe I got fooled,
Believing you are smart enough to figure, that beneath this pretty face,
There are dark, twisted, weird fantasies.
Okay. Maybe not so dark, Maybe only twisted will do.
But then, dark is relative right?
How far away from my dark spectrum is your dark?
